Lifeskills refers to the skills we need to live our daily lives. We make thousands of decisions every day at home, school, and at work. What is for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? When do I have time to grocery shop? What time is that important meeting today? How will I get there? What will I wear? When will I do my laundry? I need to schedule doctor appointments, etc.
